BY USING OUR SITE YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS

These terms apply to any reservation you may make through the site and form the entire agreement between you and us. If you are a business user, you confirm that you have not relied on any statement or representation not included in these terms. If you are a consumer and believe otherwise, please contact us to clarify.

RESERVING A VEHICLE
You can reserve a vehicle through the online process on our site.
Once your reservation is submitted and payment is processed, you will receive an email confirming the reservation. At this point, the vehicle is held for you and this confirmation constitutes a commitment to proceed with the purchase.
Our sales team will then contact you by phone or email to complete the remaining steps, including confirming payment details, arranging collection or delivery, and finalising the necessary documents.
You are responsible for ensuring all information submitted during the reservation process is accurate and complete.
If you need to make changes to your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee that alternative vehicles will be available.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
If such an event affects your reservation, we will notify you and do our best to minimise disruption. If delays persist for more than 30 days, you may cancel your reservation and request a refund of any fee paid.
HOW YOU MAY USE MATERIAL ON OUR SITE
We own or license all content and intellectual property on this site. All rights are reserved.
You may print or download a single copy for personal use, but must not modify or separate any visuals or graphics from accompanying text.
You must credit our authorship (or that of any listed contributors) and must not use our content commercially without a licence.
If you breach these terms, your right to use the site will cease immediately and you must return or destroy any copies.

Our total liability is limited to the total amount payable under any contract formed.
VIRUSES AND SECURITY
We do not guarantee the site is secure or virus-free. You are responsible for using your own virus protection.
You must not introduce viruses or attempt unauthorised access. Any breach of this kind may be reported to authorities and your access will be terminated.
LINKING TO OUR SITE

If you are a consumer, these terms are governed by English law. You may bring proceedings in England and Wales, or in Northern Ireland or Scotland if you reside there.
If you are a business, these terms and any disputes are governed by English law. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
