A full-time career. Half the month off.
Four days on, four days off.
Our operations roles follow a 4-on, 4-off rota. That's around 15 working days a month, with four days off in a row after every shift block, including regular weekdays off.
Shifts are typically 12 hours, so it's fewer days at work rather than fewer hours, and a rota that makes planning family time and holidays easy.
Two sites, one growing team
Most of the team works from our collection centre in Hednesford today, and we're opening a second site in Telford.

It's always nice to have, but attitude matters more. If you bring energy, curiosity and a willingness to learn, we'll train you on everything EV.

It depends on the role, and each listing says so.
